Your missions

Do you have experience in Customer Service?

Are you looking for a new job opportunity to develop your career?

In this role, you will be a part of the Customer Support team focusing on enhancing the client experience through offering high quality assistance and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing directly with clients queries over chat system, calls and e-mails
  • Stay up-to-date with the products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers
  • Process incoming and outgoing customer payments in a timely manner
  • Verify customer and validate any documentation received for KYC purposes
  • Working closely with the Risk Team whenever is needed

Requirements:

  • Native in Greek is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • BA Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role and especially in the gaming industry will be considered as advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Communication skills
  • Willing to work on shifts 5 days per week (weekends included)

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary depends on experience: 17000 - 19500 EUR Gross/ Year
  • 13th salary
