What we are looking for:

The Senior Manager, Paid Search will be responsible for leading and managing paid search campaigns across Google and Bing for enterprise-level E-commerce clients. This role involves developing strategies, optimizing performance, and managing a team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in paid search, client management, and team leadership, and excels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What you will be doing:
 
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across multiple platforms (Google and Bing) with a focus on E-commerce.
  • Build and manage complex E-commerce campaigns, including product feeds, dynamic ads, and other scalable media structures.
  • Set up and manage testing methodologies to optimize new campaign structures, bid strategies, creatives, and other elements before scaling.
  • Utilize feed management tools, such as Feedonomics, GoDataFeed, DataFeedWatch, ProductsUP or Merchant Advantage to optimize and maintain product feeds for campaigns.
  • Oversee the media budget allocation and ensure efficient use of spend to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Report regularly on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns for ROI, engagement, and other key KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to align media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Advise clients on best practices, strategies, and emerging trends in paid search and digital advertising.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 1-3 paid search specialists, ensuring continuous development and improvement.
  • Prioritize and manage team efforts and resources to exceed client deliverables.
  • Project manage complex campaign tasks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and standardize processes for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and digital advertising.

Who you are:
 
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a performance marketing agency or in-house digital marketing team.
  • 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience in Google and Bing, with advanced expertise in campaign setup, management, and optimization.
  • 5+ years of experience advising and managing E-commerce clients, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team of 1-3 people.
  • Strong experience with decentralized data sources and platforms
  • Proven ability to prioritize and allocate resources to meet client expectations and deliverables.
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience managing complex tasks with conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Experience with enterprise-level clients, particularly in the E-commerce sector.
  • Knowledge of additional digital advertising platforms, tools, or strategies (e.g., social media, programmatic advertising) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Rockerbox etc.
