  • MBL Technologies is seeking a Business Continuity Planner to join our team immediately. This position is onsite five days a week in the Washington, DC metro area.

MBL Technologies is seeking a Privacy Compliance Manager to join our team. The Privacy Compliance Manager is responsible for assisting in the monitoring and implementation of privacy requirements, policies, and practices across client and corporate programs. The Manager will provide direction and guidance to client privacy and compliance practices and coordinate with teams, address privacy risk, and operational needs. The Manager will develop monitoring and progress reports and action plans for strengthening compliance posture.


Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Design and implement compliance plans for federal offices and system teams.
  • Conduct compliance assessments to review for alignment with agency and federal requirements.
  • Develop policies and procedures that provide guidance in accordance with federal and NIST information security and privacy requirements
  • Possess a "can-do" attitude and be committed to working in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects.
  • Exceptional client service and personal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to understand the “big picture” and to identify and resolve key issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in an environment of change.
  • Understanding of NIST requirements for privacy and information security.
  • Experience supporting privacy programs.
  • Experience with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Security Control Assessments (SCAs), and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • 5 years of experience supporting privacy programs professionally.
  • BS/BA degree required.
  • Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
