We're seeking a proven, entrepreneurial, and impact-driven Strategic Customer Success Manager in Munich, Berlin, or remotely in Germany.Â
Your mission -Â Advocate for our customers, consult with them on their decarbonization strategy, and work cross-functionally to ensure weâre doing absolutely everything we can to drive value.
Your role -Â You will build strong relationships with client-side C-level and senior managers, deeply understanding their priorities and problems. In doing so youâll help drive customer-centric product development to maximise revenue opportunities for Carbmee. In addition youâll skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring top-class execution and steering. Leveraging both your interest in climate change and business, you'll be the eyes and ears of our customers, bridging the gap between go-to-market activities and product development.
