The Digital Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and optimizing our digital commerce operations to enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support revenue growth. This role involves supporting internal customer requests/questions as well as external customer requests and solving their online issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, attention to the level of detail, a good understanding of digital commerce platforms, customer oriented/friendly behavior and excellent problem-solving skills.
This position serves as a key member of the Digital Commerce team and applies experience and knowledge of digital commerce in Bioscience markets, supporting a highly engaged team that is focused on execution, innovation, and the customer experience.

The full-time base annual salary for this remote position is expected to range between $88,000.00 and $102,000.00. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
