Job description

 

​​The Digital Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and optimizing our digital commerce operations to enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support revenue growth. This role involves supporting internal customer requests/questions as well as external customer requests and solving their online issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, attention to the level of detail, a good understanding of digital commerce platforms, customer oriented/friendly behavior and excellent problem-solving skills.

​This position serves as a key member of the Digital Commerce team and applies experience and knowledge of digital commerce in Bioscience markets, supporting a highly engaged team that is focused on execution, innovation, and the customer experience.  ​ 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain digital commerce platforms, ensuring they are up to date, functioning correctly and efficiently. Work together with Marketing for those platform updates and maintenance.

  • Support smooth functionality of digital commerce processes e.g. user registration and online purchases with a focus on solving issues internal and external customers are facing.

  • Work with the digital and commercial teams to address issues customers are facing and work with the digital team to enhance customer satisfaction and solve customer issues.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend platform improvements.

The full-time base annual salary for this remote position is expected to range between $88,000.00 and $102,000.00. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge. Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including performance-related bonus, medical and dental coverage, 401k plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time off (PTO), and more.
