About the role:

The Brand & Design Manager will be responsible for shaping and upholding the Pompa Program’s brand identity across all mediums, ensuring consistency in visuals, messaging, and voice. This role will lead the creative and brand strategy, manage a cross-functional brand and voice team, and maintain oversight of the company's visual and written assets. You will work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop and execute compelling and cohesive brand experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Calendar Management:
    Develop and manage a comprehensive creative calendar that includes video, written, and visual content.
  • Brand Oversight & Guidelines:
    Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring all teams adhere to them to maintain consistency in visual and messaging efforts.
  • Content Style Guide & Tone of Voice (TOV):
    Create and enforce a content style guide that defines the tone of voice, ensuring all communications align with Pompa Program’s brand personality.
  • Asset Management:
    Maintain a resource library of creative assets (imagery, videos, graphics, etc.) and identify required assets for all blog and content initiatives.
  • Package Design:
    Lead design concepts for packaging (bottles, boxes, etc.), ensuring that they reflect the brand’s image and values.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor the brand and voice team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Brand Reputation & Management:
    Ensure that all marketing and brand initiatives build and protect the reputation of the Pompa Program brand.
  • Ad Creative Ideation:
    Oversee the creative process for ad content across multiple platforms including TikTok, Snapchat, native ads, Reddit, and CTV (Connected TV).
  • Consistency Across Platforms:
    Ensure that all creative assets and elements consistently align with the Pompa Program’s brand visuals and messaging across all platforms and media.
  • Market Research & Trends:
    Conduct market research to stay informed on current and future trends, using insights to inform brand strategies and creative decisions.
  • Marketing Campaign Strategy:
    Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and digital platforms to ensure alignment with customer expectations and brand integrity.
  • Campaign Metrics & Analysis:
    Analyze marketing campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Support customer engagement efforts on Pompa Program's owned platforms by ensuring the brand's tone and voice resonate with target audiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand management and design leadership.
  • Expertise in creative processes, including content development, package design, and visual asset management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and ad creative platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of market research methods and brand metrics analysis.
  • Experience in a mission-driven or health-related company is a plus.

You will be interviewed, assessed, and expected to perform the following based on the job scorecard below:

  • Create & oversee Pompa Program brand and voice guidelines
  • Establish cadence for follow-on integrated campaigns for the top performing/highly engaged social posts
  • 1 new integrated campaign per month - i.e. osteoporosis, csp, ms
  • Establish quarterly learning and development meetings with each direct report
  • Create and manage process to intake, prioritize, and update status on all creative project requests





Compensation Range: $75-95k
