Job description

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Governance Manager for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

As an Enterprise Governance Manager, you will work closely with the CRO, overseeing CEO’s milestones deliveries to our client's executive boards, collaborating with department heads, and facilitating effective communication within the organization as well as building and maintaining content and the overall Corporate Calendar deliverables/milestones. You will lead the presentations quality/design/content/communication to create capacity for the CRO/Head of Governance.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the departments milestone deliverables for the department.  Collaborates with Executive leadership on meeting goal deadlines.
  • Coordinates and prepares summary updates of status of each deliverable to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO.)
  • Coordinates, review, analyzes and refinement of reports send to the Board of Directors, Board of Governors.
  • Develops and maintains project master calendar in conjunction with team leads that outlines tasks, milestones, and schedules.
  • Manages Project Teams to ensure adequate support is provided to the project and timely execution is accomplished.
  • Ensures issues are recorded, tracked and resolved. Manages project budgets to ensure execution is completed within allocated funding.
  • Communicates with Senior Executives regarding all project related matters via project status reports, discussion sessions and presentations are required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Work Experience in This Field:

  • Minimum Required: 7-9 years
  • Preferred: Over 9 years

English Proficiency:

  • Fluent: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Required Education:

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree

Required Branch(es) of Study:

  • Business Administration or related field

Other Critical Skills:

  • C-suite level communication abilities: Advanced
  • Finance/Budget oversight: Intermediate
  • Strong project-reporting skills with an emphasis on interdepartmental communication
  • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
  • Nimble business mindset with a focus on creative solutions

Software / Tool Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced (7+ years)

Experience:

  • Seven or more years in the insurance industry
  • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Consulting experience, particularly in operations management
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Works closely with finance and has budget experience
