The Unilever Prestige Global Business Unit resides within the wider Beauty & Wellbeing Business Group.  Unilever created a new global Prestige business unit in 2015, focused on acquiring a portfolio of Premium beauty brands to unlock a share of the €100bn premium personal care market, creating a new and important source of future growth for Unilever.

Unilever Prestige delivers over €1bn turnover from its portfolio of 10 brands across Skin Care, Hair Care and Colour Cosmetics.  The portfolio comprises: Dermalogica, Murad, Tatcha, Living Proof, Hourglass, Kate Somerville, K18, Ren Skincare and Garancia.  Unilever Prestige has a global footprint with sales in over 100 markets, and the brands are headquartered in LA, San Francisco, Boston, Paris and London.

The Prestige Finance FP&A and Projects Manager is an important role in the Prestige finance team, supporting the vision to become a top 5 beauty player by 2030 and goal to be a €3bn business within the next few years.

The role will report into the VP Finance, Prestige

Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Supporting Prestige FP&A core processes, including but not limited to:
    • Forecasting and resource allocation efforts to maximize the return on investment required to support growth plans
    • Financial performance management processes
    • Developing and reporting key financial metrics
  • Responsible for maintenance and support of the Prestige planning and forecasting application (Adaptive Insights), and roll out/ implementation across remaining Prestige brands
  • Responsible for ongoing management of Prestige financial reporting dashboards
  • Working closely with the Prestige Central team as needs arise

  • Unilever Prestige Leadership Team in particular SVP Prestige and VP Finance Prestige
  • CFO’s and finance teams in Prestige brands

Pay: The pay range for this position is $138,900 to $208,300. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
