Who Will Love This Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Analytics Specialist to join our delivery team. In this role, you will be the primary resource for all analytics-related requests within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with our customers to understand their analytics needs, provide insights, and develop solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. As a customer-facing professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients leverage the full potential of their Salesforce data.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Engagement:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for all analytics-related inquiries from our customers.

    • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and analytics requirements, translating them into actionable insights and solutions within the Salesforce platform.

    • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to uncover analytics opportunities and identify areas for improvement in their current reporting and data management processes.

  • Solution Development:

    • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models, that align with customer objectives.

    • Leverage Salesforce Analytics tools such as Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM), Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, and other third-party analytics tools to provide comprehensive insights.

    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytics solutions by implementing best practices in data management and governance.

  • Collaboration with Delivery Team:

    • Work collaboratively with SaltClick's delivery team to integrate analytics solutions into broader Salesforce implementations.

    • Provide expertise and guidance on analytics best practices to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

    • Serve as the go-to resource within SaltClick for all analytics-related discussions, supporting our sales and consulting teams in customer engagements.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce analytics tools, features, and industry trends to continuously enhance the services we offer to clients.

    • Provide training and support to customers to help them fully utilize the analytics capabilities of their Salesforce platform.

Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Analytics tools, including Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM), Salesforce Reports, and Dashboards.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration points.

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to communicate complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design analytics solutions that meet specific business needs.

  • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant) are a plus.

  • Experience with third-party analytics tools and data visualization platforms is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
