About The Role

We are excited to present an opportunity as a Forward Hire Associate Branch Manager within our National Branch Network in the Consumer, Small, and Business Banking division. In this highly visible role, you'll lay the groundwork for a promising career, ensuring a positive experience for customers and employees across multiple branch locations.

You Will

  • Develop and manage teams across various branches, gaining leadership and operational experience.
  • Transition into an Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager role based on business needs and opportunities.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
  • Enhance customer experience through effective coaching and process management.
  • Oversee policy execution, compliance, and resource management for your branch.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt to changing priorities and fulfill customer needs with flexibility.
  • Coach and build a high-performing team to drive business growth and achieve results.
  • Address and resolve customer and employee experience issues effectively.
  • Promote digital banking options to simplify customer transactions.
  • Engage with stakeholders and internal partners to foster a customer-centric atmosphere.
  • Assist with transactions while exemplifying exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the selection, evaluation, and development of staff.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or branch management, demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to analyze performance, address strengths and opportunities, and drive results.
  • Extensive experience in assessing complex financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Strong skills in building relationships with customers, partners, and the community.
  • Knowledge of banking laws, compliance, and risk management.

Job Expectations

  • Be prepared to support different branches as needed, with travel reimbursement provided.
  • Work a schedule that may include Saturdays.
  • Complete SAFE registration immediately upon starting.
