About The Role

Are you driven, motivated, and eager to control your own income and schedule? We have a fantastic remote career opportunity in life insurance that could be just what you're looking for. This position offers full commission-based earnings, providing you with the freedom to manage your time and build your own business with the support of our industry-leading training, mentorship, and advanced technology.

As a field underwriter, you will work with new and existing clients to tailor insurance plans that meet their needs. Our unique approach ensures that you won’t need to cold call; instead, clients will reach out to you directly through our streamlined request system. You'll have the flexibility to conduct meetings virtually or in person to help clients apply for their coverage.

Job Details

  • No experience is necessary: We provide a fast-track licensing program to get you up and running quickly.
  • Earning Potential: Agents typically earn between \(525 - \)700 per application. Full-time agents average 3-7 applications per week and have the opportunity to receive a 5% raise every 2-3 months based on performance. There are no forced quotas.
  • Compensation: Commission-only, with additional bonuses paid monthly and annually.
  • Growth Opportunity: New agents can earn up to 15% in commission increases within their first 3-4 months, with top agents averaging 12-15 sales per week using our virtual business model.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments with clients who have requested to be contacted.
  • Generate quotes and submit new business using our e-apps.
  • Develop new business through leads and referrals.
  • Cross-sell additional products to existing customers.
  • Process payments and service existing clients (for veteran agents).
  • Follow a structured sales process designed to simplify closing.

Requirements

  • Life Insurance License: We will assist you if you don't have one.
