Responsibilities

  • Identifying and evaluating potential real estate acquisition opportunities.
  • Using strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing for property acquisitions.
  • Managing the entire acquisition process from initial property identification to final closing.
  • Quickly qualifying opportunities and assessing seller motivation.
  • Building rapport and trust with sellers.
  • Analyzing market trends and economic conditions to make informed decisions and set pricing.
  • Overcoming objections and successfully negotiating purchase contracts.

Qualifications

  • Must complete a Job Fit Assessment to be considered for an interview.
  • Full-time commitment required.
  • Excellent phone skills with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to nurture leads effectively.
  • Quick to process details and create win-win solutions.
  • Initiative-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience. Real estate experience is a major plus.
