The Impact You’ll Have

In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our reach by securing third-party managed real estate inventory across the U.S. This includes managing both existing assets and new developments. Leveraging your expertise in hospitality and multi-family real estate, you will help accelerate our growth and expand our portfolio. You will manage a portion of our expansion in the Western U.S. and collaborate closely with the Vice President of Real Estate Partnerships.

This position is remote, with a preference for candidates in cities such as Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle, Denver, Dallas/Fort Worth, Phoenix, Austin, Chicago, Houston, or Las Vegas.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and strengthen relationships with national and regional real estate owners, developers, investors, and lenders.
  • Present complex financial models to senior real estate developers and investors in the sales and deal-closing process.
  • Close a significant number of high-quality real estate management contracts with various deal structures.
  • Negotiate contracts with support from our General Counsel.
  • Provide feedback on deal underwriting to our feasibility team and handle basic Excel modeling independently.
  • Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What It Takes

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6-10 years of experience in multi-family and/or hotel investments, developments, or asset management.
  • Proven success in a quota-bearing or incentive-based role with a strong deal track record.
  • Willingness to travel 40%-60% of the time based on business needs.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating lengthy sales processes and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong business writing and communication abilities.
