Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on borrowers' financial status and payment options.
• Guide clients through every step of the loan application process.
• Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documents are filed.
• Build and nurture referral networks to find new loan prospects.
• Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, banking, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial and lending practices.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bilingual skills in Korean or Chinese are a plus (but not required).
