About The Role
We believe that collaboration and communication are essential for success! As a Project Manager at Evmos, you'll be at the heart of our engineering effort, shaping the future of our blockchain ecosystem.
You'll facilitate our engineers to complete high-impact projects, relating to the EVM and Infrastructure, by driving alignment and communication amongst cross-functional teams. Ensure smooth and timely project delivery, while managing timelines, dependencies, and risks.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Feature Tracking & Ticket Management
- Monitor progress of various features and create actionable tickets for the engineering team.
- Communicate blockers and delays to relevant stakeholders (e.g Leads & C-Levels)
Cross-Team Synchronization
- Serve as the liaison between EVM and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment.
- Anticipate how a team's projects can create actionable tasks & dependencies for others.
Roadmap Development
- Develop and maintain a clear roadmap that highlights key features.
- Align team efforts with strategic goals and milestones
Accountability & Communication
- Foster a culture of accountability and proactivity within the team.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a strong level of Project Management experience (preferably agile/scrum).
For us the important thing is that you
communicate proactively, and adapt to the team's needs.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To
- Demonstrate excellent, proactive communication skills
- Share knowledge and provide support when needed
- Learn and work with completely new technologies
- Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of the team and the project
- Take the initiative to propose or explore solutions for improvement
- Communicate fluently in English (verbal and written)
It's also nice to have experience with:
- Blockchain Technologies: Understanding of blockchain protocols and de-centralized applications, with hands-on experience in developing blockchain-based features.
- Engineering Teams: Understanding the engineering mindset, and managing small teams (~5 people).
- Product Management/Ownership: Considering the next steps after building a feature, e.g selling, to support the project scope and bridge conversations between Engineers & Growth.
