Requirements

10+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
8+ years of experience leading teams to secure new contracts as a capture and proposal professional.
Strong understanding of the Army munitions and weapons landscape and its business model.
Exceptional networker with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
