How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for a dedicated student worker to support our global planning team in onshore SCM with re-occurring planning tasks and various analysis. The Global Planning team´s core tasks are to ensure spare part availability on the global warehouse, and we work to ensure that through an analytical approach. Therefore, good data understanding and experience on working with larger datasets will be an advantage. Besides ensuring spares availability, other important parameters we are measured on is inventory value, stock turn, healthiness of inventory, amongst others.  

What are my responsibilities?

  • Support planners on re-occurring tasks and updates to the system.

  • Drive analysis and identify improvement potentials.

  • Monitor KPI developments and identify trends.

  • Ad hoc tasks and projects from stakeholders.

What you need to make a difference      

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.  We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.

      

We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at a master’s program at a university in Denmark in the field of Supply chain management, Business Administration, Business Intelligence or similar - preferably not graduating next year, so the position can run for a longer period.

To be successful in this role, you need/are:

  • You have excellent Microsoft Office skills and are a super user in Excel. Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot or SQL are considered as an advantage.

  • As a person you are structured and have a strategic and analytical mind-set. You have an excellent eye for details but at the same time you can multitask.

  • You are self-driven and can manage tasks on your own.

  • You are fluent in English - written and spoken. Other languages, especially Danish or Spanish, would be considered an advantage.

We expect you to come to the office in Brande 1 day a week. The rest of the time you can work from home.

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
