We are looking for a dedicated and friendly French Customer Advisor to assist our clients from Lisbon, whether remotely or on-site. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, whether remotely or on-site.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
