Infrastructure Operate - Platform Arch and Security / Cloud Platform Operations (Azure) (Nv1 Clearance)

This is a remote position.

• Platform Architecture:
  
• Design and implement scalable Azure infrastructure solutions that align with best practices and organizational requirements.
  
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Azure Resource Manager) to automate resource provisioning and management.
  
• Optimize Azure services for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
  
• Security Management:
  
• Develop and enforce security policies for Azure resources, including network security groups, firewalls, and identity management.
  
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and compliance audits on Azure environments.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security measures into the CI/CD pipeline (DevSecOps).
  
• Cloud Platform Operations:
  
• Monitor and manage the performance and availability of applications and services hosted on Azure.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for Azure-hosted applications.
  
• Documentation and Training:
  
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for Azure architecture, security practices, and operational procedures.
  
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on Azure services and best practices.
  

• Skills:
  
• Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python.
  
• Knowledge of networking concepts, VPNs, and hybrid cloud architectures.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
