Program Delivery - Agile Teams / Cloudera – NV2

This is a remote position.

Program Delivery Manager to lead Agile teams at Cloudera. In this role, you will drive the delivery of high-quality software products while fostering an agile mind-set and culture within the team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership:
  
• Champion Agile methodologies and practices across teams.
  
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and practices.
  
• Program Management:
  
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  
• Track progress against deliverables, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  
• Identify and manage program risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the product meets user needs.
  
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to enhance productivity and innovation.
  
• Continuous Improvement:
  
• Analyze team performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  
• Implement best practices for Agile delivery and project management.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries.
  

 Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in program management or project delivery, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
  
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  

 Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  

 Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
