Your missions

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a Customer Acquisition-focused Growth Marketer to join a Technology, Webflow Design and Development firm with office in India.  In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients by targeting two key personas: founders of MSMEs/SMEs seeking redesign services and marketing teams in need of Webflow expertise. Your job will be to craft and execute data-driven marketing strategies that generate leads and drive conversions across digital channels. If you’re skilled in performance marketing and love leveraging AI tools for growth, this is the role for you.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies targeting MSME/SME founders and marketing teams focused on Webflow services.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, paid search, social media, email) to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  • Optimize lead generation funnels through data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing performance, streamline operations, and scale campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create engaging marketing materials and align campaigns with business goals.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance to refine strategies, improve ROI, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish partnerships with relevant influencers and service providers to expand reach and drive additional acquisition channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to keep marketing strategies fresh, innovative, and effective.
  • Run Retargeting Campaigns: Develop and manage re-targeting campaigns for website visitors and organic content audiences to re-engage potential customers and drive conversions through personalized ads across social media and search.



Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven focus on customer acquisition.
  • Strong experience with SEO, paid search (Google Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn), and email marketing.
  • Proficient in using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney) to automate and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to build and track lead nurturing workflows.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance measurement tools for tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data platforms for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Webflow and digital services ecosystems is a plus.
  • Experience working with MSMEs, SMEs, or B2B clients.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Candidate should be able to write & speak in English professionally.
  • Open to work as an independent Contractor for a minimum of 3 months up to 9 months, depending on the needs of the company
  • Should have a remote work setup - including a good laptop and internet connection.
