Oracle Data and Analytics Manager - Lead Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a diverse team, including business analysts, data analysts, solution architects, and developers while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Strategic Impact: Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies that align with clients’ business objectives, driving the design and implementation of data solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Analyze and Innovate: Conduct detailed data analysis and oversee the design of improved data flows and architecture. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance data governance and management practices.
• Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively while addressing any issues.
• Technology Expertise: Utilize and lead data programs with technologies such as Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure, designing cloud-based data solutions and modernizing finance data models.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and managing project workflow, budgets, and resources.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek diverse perspectives, encourage innovation, and provide constructive feedback by automating processes and leveraging technologies that enhance efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in managing data strategy, governance, and solution implementation.
• Skills:
• Proven leadership in managing data-focused projects and teams.
• Expertise in data analysis, solution design, and technology assessments.
• Proficiency with tools and technologies such as Oracle OFSAA, Oracle ADW, Power BI, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of finance systems, data architecture, and industry-specific data domains.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex messages and build consensus.
• Experience with process automation and relevant technologies (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath).
  

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 60%.
