Your Role

• Lead Design Efforts: Oversee the design of components for web applications and develop innovative solutions for new applications and services.
• Prototype Development: Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for the application development teams.
• Collaborate: Work closely with development team leads to align architectural decisions with overall vision.
• Mentor and Guide: Train development teams on technologies and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years in software development, with 4+ years in architecture and 3+ years working with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular or React).
• Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, UX design, C#/.NET, REST API design, and greenfield application development.
• Practices: Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including code standards, reviews, testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Communication: Strong skills in translating business needs into technical specifications and collaborating effectively with teams.
