You will work closely with hiring managers and campus partners to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for executive and hard-to-fill roles, utilizing creative strategies to source passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and search committees, providing guidance and best practices in recruiting and hiring.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking and relationship-building efforts.
- Create training materials and lead training sessions on recruitment best practices.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to develop strategies that reach and engage top talent.
- Manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and assist with logistics for on-campus interviews.
- Participate in broader talent acquisition initiatives and programs that support best practices for attracting top talent.
- Represent the organization at events and facilitate information sessions to enhance visibility as an employer of choice.
- Work within a hybrid/remote work environment that supports flexibility when possible.

Salary Range
Starting at $54,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience sourcing talent at various levels, especially within higher education.
- Strong coaching and training background, with a track record of guiding diverse stakeholders.
- Public speaking and event management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high-quality customer service standards.
