We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative Talent Consultant to join our internal executive search team. This role is key in helping drive our talent acquisition efforts to attract top leadership candidates for essential positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and campus partners to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Your focus will be on building relationships, identifying passive candidates, and ensuring a seamless and consultative recruitment process. Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for executive and hard-to-fill roles, utilizing creative strategies to source passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and search committees, providing guidance and best practices in recruiting and hiring.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking and relationship-building efforts.
  • Create training materials and lead training sessions on recruitment best practices.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to develop strategies that reach and engage top talent.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and assist with logistics for on-campus interviews.
  • Participate in broader talent acquisition initiatives and programs that support best practices for attracting top talent.
  • Represent the organization at events and facilitate information sessions to enhance visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Work within a hybrid/remote work environment that supports flexibility when possible.

Salary Range

Starting at $54,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience sourcing talent at various levels, especially within higher education.
  • Strong coaching and training background, with a track record of guiding diverse stakeholders.
  • Public speaking and event management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high-quality customer service standards.
