If you have 3 YEARS of experience in the full recruitment cycle, assessment, and selection of IT profiles, and have knowledge in:

  • Management of the main job boards.
  • Competency-based interviews.
  • Creation of market research reports.
  • Understanding the main profiles in service companies, consulting firms, and IT integrators (Developers, QA, Data Engineers, PMs, Technical Leaders, Scrum Masters, etc.).

It’s a PLUS if you have managed processes at an international level! 🌍
