Description

Are you passionate about using data to drive impactful decisions? We're looking for a talented Product Analyst specializing in Supply Chain & Logistics to join our team from anywhere in the U.S. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in optimizing our supply chain operations and supporting our mission with data-driven insights.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-depth analyses using various statistical and analytical techniques to guide product and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to streamline operational processes through automation.
  • Develop models for driver planning and provide insights into driver hiring strategies and performance.
  • Analyze growth and expansion opportunities, including demand forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Create and maintain production data models to support effective decision-making.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to drive impactful changes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate the success of initiatives through various analytical techniques and make recommendations for further improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
  • At least 6 years in analytics or analytics engineering, focusing on data analysis, modeling, and providing actionable insights, preferably in operational and supply chain contexts.
  • Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python), experience with statistical inference, predictive modeling, and data transformation systems (e.g., DBT).
  • Experience designing and evaluating experiments for software products.
  • Familiarity with software version control systems (e.g., Git) and working with large datasets.
