Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on diverse subcontracts, including both commercial and government programs.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for the procurement of specialized materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, lead bidder conferences, and negotiate terms to secure optimal outcomes.
• Handle all aspects of subcontract administration, from preparing awards to managing changes and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to tackle industry challenges and achieve overarching customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Proficiency in analyzing production requirements using an SAP procurement system and managing supplier relationships.
• Compliance: Ability to ensure adherence to internal procurement policies and federal regulations.
