Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing customer records and streamlining processes using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel with strong data analysis skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
