This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and manage structured finance solutions across markets while cultivating key relationships with financing partners.

Responsibilities

• Proactively lead the development and management of cross-market repeatable financial solutions and financing programs.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with financing partners, including:
• Commercial banks
• Finance companies
• Private credit insurers
• Private equity firms
• Multilateral finance institutions
• Discover effective financing structures for large projects and take ownership of the end-to-end financing process.
• Assess, structure, and negotiate new deals; manage the due diligence process while ensuring seamless execution from initial transaction to revenue and cash flow.
• Drive the creation of strategic and selective new financing solutions that minimize balance sheet use while meeting market and customer needs.
• Maintain close coordination with various internal teams to prevent overlap and ensure cohesive efforts.
• Actively contribute to generating and managing new deals, working closely with account managers and funnel management teams.
  

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience: Over 10 years in structured customer financing within the financial sector, preferably with a background in healthcare financing.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of financing products, including loans, leasing products, and receivables.
• Proficiency in financial modeling (e.g., NPV/IRR analysis) and due diligence experience.
• Proven experience in developing and managing relationships with financial institutions and partners.
• Executive-level negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong team player with leadership and collaboration capabilities in complex, culturally diverse, and virtual teams.
  

Additional Information

• Location Requirement: Must reside in or be within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA. Relocation benefits are not provided.
