What You'll Do

• Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data to recommend strategies for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, revenue growth, and cash flow enhancement.
• Reporting & Modeling: Create and maintain reports, financial models, and visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and long-term planning efforts.
• Data Management: Ensure data quality and alignment with strategic objectives across various sources.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to align financial plans with strategic goals.
• Financial Reporting: Lead monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and management updates.
• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
• Investment Evaluation: Assess potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure precise data integration in business development and ERP platforms.
• Performance Insights: Identify performance risks and gaps, providing valuable insights to leadership.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, data management, and MS Office (Excel). Knowledge of GAAP is essential.
• Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Mathematics is preferred.
• Tools: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel; experience with ERP systems like Workday is a plus.
