Job Overview

As a consultant with us, you will be a key player on project teams, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions, manage complex projects, and provide insightful business analysis.

Responsibilities

Consulting Skills:

• Lead client delivery for on-site or remote projects, managing and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Present complex ideas and recommendations to both team members and client stakeholders, including top management.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to tackle business challenges using both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Create client deliverables with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, etc. Support team members in producing high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to provide status reports, identify risks, and ensure overall program health.
• Take ownership of project workstreams, maintaining program documentation.
  
  

Business Expertise

• Bring knowledge and experience in financial services, particularly in Wealth and Asset Management.
• Support thought leadership initiatives and assist with team development across the firm.
• Share insights and expertise with peers and junior staff, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Excel is required, familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile, and understanding of APIs and data exchange protocols.
• Ability to document business and functional requirements, perform gap analyses, and create user stories.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, project managers, and technical experts.
• Attention to detail and strong listening skills for accurate documentation and clear communication of business requirements.
• Strong time management and adaptability in a dynamic project environment.
• Familiarity with financial systems and concepts is essential.
  
  

Business Development

• Independently write business proposals and presentations.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and share information with team members and leaders.
  
  

People Management

Preferred Experience

• Experience with advisory commission systems such as BONUS, Xtiva, or BRACS is a bonus.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-6+ years of recent client-facing management consulting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel is required, with familiarity in JIRA and Confluence preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

• Annual Salary: Starting at $126K + Annual Discretionary Bonus
