Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for project scheduling to join our team and support multiple government clients in the Washington, DC area. This role is primarily remote, but we prefer someone local who can assist in person if needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Development & Management: Review bid/proposal schedules, create baseline schedules, and perform schedule updates and time impact analysis. Coordinate with necessary personnel to gather and validate complex schedule information.
  • Master Schedule Maintenance: Prepare, update, revise, and maintain project task schedules, ensuring all schedules are coherent, communicated effectively, and reflect the current project status.
  • Budget & Cash Flow Analysis: Collaborate with the team to ensure the accuracy and validity of budget and cash flow plans.
  • Client Interaction & Reporting: Interface with clients, attend regular construction meetings, and provide statistical reports to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Project Schedule Control: Equip project and company management with the tools needed for effective schedule control, ensuring timelines are maintained.
  • Data Analysis & Forecasting: Utilize historical data for planning and forecasting and analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report on schedule status against the established baseline.
  • Variance Management: Collect and report progress, evaluate schedule variances, develop work-around plans, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.
  • System Development: Develop and maintain a system that clearly shows the hierarchy of schedules, keeping management fully informed.
