Description

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on students’ educational experiences in Maryland. As a Remote School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to understand students’ academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
  • Provide remote counseling and intervention services to support students’ growth and development.
  • Assist in crisis prevention and intervention to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and consultations with parents, teachers, and administrators to discuss student progress and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student evaluations and interventions.
  • Stay informed about state and federal regulations related to special education to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology.
  • Maryland School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with virtual assessment tools and technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting.
