Senior Solutions Architect - Oracle Data & Analytics

In this role, you will help organizations leverage enterprise technology to achieve digital transformation goals. You will have the opportunity to assist clients in using Oracle's robust offerings to solve business challenges and drive success in various areas such as finance, operations, human capital, customer engagement, and compliance.

This position offers a unique chance to support clients in developing data-driven strategies that foster growth, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, empower employees, and meet regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in executing these strategies using Oracle Analytics and Data solutions, while implementing best practices in data governance and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data and analytics strategies from planning to execution.
• Assist clients in implementing Oracle's data solutions, focusing on data governance and management.
• Lead a team of onshore and offshore resources (analysts, solution architects, developers) to deliver data-focused solutions.
• Analyze complex data flows and design solutions to optimize data architecture and processes.
• Manage project timelines, assess risks, and address issues as needed.
• Provide insights and recommendations through data solution assessments.
• Engage in designing and delivering cloud-based data and analytical solutions, leveraging products like Oracle OFSAA, ADW, FAW, OAC, Power BI, and more.
• Foster collaboration and consensus-building across multiple stakeholders for positive outcomes.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in data strategy, governance, and solution implementation projects.
• Preferred Skills:
• Strong leadership experience with both onshore and offshore teams.
• Expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience managing large-scale consulting engagements.
• Familiarity with finance systems (General Ledger, Sub-Ledgers, Hyperion, etc.) and industry-specific data domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with automating processes and leveraging technologies such as Alteryx, UiPath, Power BI, and others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suite.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is \(100,000 - \)232,000 annually, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location, along with applicable laws.
