We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead a dynamic team at our Triangle Central location. This role involves shaping the branch's success, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Focused: Engage with customers to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while effectively managing resources.
  • Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to simplify banking for customers and promote digital solutions to improve convenience.
  • Mentor and Develop: Guide and support team members’ professional growth and assist in recruiting top talent.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in banking, financial services, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong ability to inspire and manage a team, analyze performance, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of banking industry laws, regulations, and compliance controls. Experience in coaching across various customer segments is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate professionally.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ability to handle complex issues and lead through change.
  • Experience in identifying and addressing complex financial needs, and promoting digital banking solutions.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Job Expectations

  • Flexibility to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
  • This role requires SAFE registration, and successful candidates will need to meet all regulatory requirements.
