What You'll Do
You will lead a team of problem solvers to help clients make better use of data and analytics, driving profitable growth, improving customer experiences, reducing operational risks, and meeting regulatory requirements. Your key role will include developing data strategies and overseeing their execution, guiding teams to implement technology solutions such as Oracle Analytics and Data solutions, while also enhancing data governance and management.
In this role, you'll provide leadership and expertise on complex projects, ensuring the successful delivery of data strategies and solutions while supporting client goals in a fast-evolving landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems from strategy to execution.
- Design and lead data-focused projects, including data roadmaps, data governance, and solution implementation.
- Analyze data flows, improve data architecture, and deliver innovative data solutions in collaboration with internal experts and client teams.
- Oversee project timelines, manage risks, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Stay up to date with key global trends and develop actionable insights for clients.
- Coach team members, support their professional growth, and foster a collaborative, purpose-driven culture.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need strong experience in data strategy, analytics, and cloud-based data solutions. You'll lead with a problem-solving mindset, have a knack for simplifying complex ideas, and excel in managing diverse teams to deliver outstanding results.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing data strategy, architecture, and governance projects.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle solutions and data technologies (e.g., Oracle OFSAA, Oracle ADW, OAC, Power BI, AWS, Microsoft Azure).
- Ability to lead diverse teams of data architects, analysts, and developers in both on-shore and off-shore environments.
- Experience with finance data models, data management, and reporting.
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
Travel Requirements
Up to 60% travel may be required.
