As a key member of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying and seizing new business opportunities. Your role involves:

  • Building Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business strategies and objectives.
  • Crafting Solutions: Collaborate with a team of experts to design and implement solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Driving Results: Transform client inspiration into tangible results by attracting, engaging, and retaining clients through effective sales strategies, loyalty programs, and impactful events.

What We're Looking For

  • Local Expertise: You must be based in or near the Des Moines area as this role combines remote work with local office presence.
  • Proven Experience: At least seven years of direct B2B sales experience, particularly with Fortune 500 companies, with a history of successful new business development in marketing solutions or professional services.
  • Sales Success: Demonstrated success in growing revenue through large-scale sales ($250k+) and managing a variety of sales cycles (from three to twelve months).
  • Educational Background: A four-year college degree is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with web, SaaS, and mobile applications is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: \(135,000 (non-negotiable) with potential earnings of \)175,000 - $200,000 in the first year through commissions.
  • Incentives: Access to a comprehensive performance management reward program, including an annual President's Club travel award.
