What You'll Do

  • Drive Innovation: Launch and analyze tests to refine our product and deliver a top-notch experience that users value.
  • Lead with Data: Utilize SQL to build data-driven strategies, identify insights, and troubleshoot issues. Manage KPIs and dive deep into data to enhance user journeys.
  • Own Your Product: Oversee the development and continuous improvement of coupon-related features from ideation to execution.
  • Collaborate and Inspire: Work closely with designers and engineers to bring new features to life. Create a compelling vision and story to engage stakeholders and inspire your team.

What We're Looking For

  • Tech-Savvy: Interest in emerging technologies such as APIs and Big Data. Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R is essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis and troubleshooting, focusing on actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Customer-Centric: Commitment to creating a seamless and valuable experience for users.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and present a vision aligning with business goals that inspires action.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills to advance initiatives and build consensus.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital product management.
  • Proficiency with SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an MBA/Master's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Salary Range

  • New York City (Hybrid On-Site): \(163,300 - \)186,400
  • Remote: \(138,500 - \)158,000

This role is also eligible for performance-based incentives, including bonuses and long-term incentives. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your overall well-being.
