Responsibilities

As a Supervisor of Integrated Care Management, you will oversee the daily management of the Care Management Oversight Delegation Team, providing clinical direction and monitoring of all care management delegation activities under the guidance of the Manager, ICM.

  • Leadership: Provide direct supervisory oversight to staff, ensuring care management delegates meet state requirements and deliver quality case management services.
  • Operations: Assist in implementing the plans and daily operations of the Care Management Oversight Delegation Team.
  • Team Guidance: Offer unit and departmental leadership to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Education/Experience

  • Education: BSN Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Licensure: Unrestricted RN license to practice nursing in the state where you work.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of Case Management experience, capable of practicing care management within the scope of licensure based on the discipline’s standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with Access is a plus, with a consistent word processing speed and accuracy of 50 or more words per minute.
