Description

We are looking for an energetic and talented Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. If you are passionate about technology and eager to drive success in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and align our solutions effectively.
  • Maintain and nurture existing business relationships through proactive engagement and support.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell, collaborating with our Sales team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Client Experience, Delivery, Development, Product) for solution success.
  • Monitor client activity and help clients realize the full value of our solutions.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth through high engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the customer by translating their needs into actionable solutions.
  • Monitor account health and align with client priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to build customer testimonials and referrals.
  • Manage the renewal process to boost client loyalty, retention, and revenue.
  • Become an expert in our products and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems.
  • Prioritize resources based on value and risk.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in tech/software-as-a-service sales.
  • Experience with AI, ML, NLP, APIs, and SDKs is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Proficiency in English; Spanish and French are a plus.
  • Consultative and value-based selling skills.
  • Strong negotiation and advanced communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving goals.

  • Salesforce and other CRM tools.
