Your missions

Description

The College of Public Health is seeking dynamic student Brand Ambassadors for the 2024-25 academic year. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the college’s brand awareness through various channels, such as social media and events. This hybrid role includes a combination of in-person and remote work, with flexibility based on assigned projects.

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications Director and team to support marketing strategies and create engaging content.

Responsibilities

  • Create social media content and videos, managing the process from planning to editing.
  • Engage with diverse audiences in-person and online.
  • Appear on camera and conduct interviews with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Produce a prospective student recruitment video as part of the application process.

Required Application Materials

  • Resume including a one-paragraph Statement of Interest.
  • Video assignment as detailed below.

Video Assignment

Create a 60-second vertical video answering the question: “What are the top three reasons to choose the College of Public Health?” Be creative, film in at least three locations, and include the video link in your resume or cover letter.

Skills & Abilities

  • Familiarity with video editing software and capturing video/photography on mobile devices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage projects independently.
  • Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) for engaging content creation.
