Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Brand/Community Coordinator to join our marketing execution team. The role involves creating and implementing community engagement strategies, managing social media, editing podcasts, and performing email marketing. The candidate will play a vital role in fostering an active community, managing digital content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Management: Create and implement community engagement strategies for the Skool community.
  • Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and post content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Podcast Editing: Edit and prepare podcasts for distribution, ensuring high-quality audio.
  • Email Marketing: Manage and implement email marketing campaigns to engage the community.
  • Content Creation: Assist with the creation of graphics and other marketing materials using Canva and Adobe.

Software Proficiency:

  • Skool: Community platform management.
  • Notion: For organizing and managing tasks.
  • Canva and Adobe: For creating digital content and marketing materials.
  • Social Media Platforms: Proficiency in managing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in social media management, community coordination, or podcast editing is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with marketing coordination or managing a growing online community.
