About The Role
As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will report to the VP of Americas Marketing and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute differentiated campaigns that align with business objectives. Our team is highly collaborative, results-focused, and committed to delivering a consistent, targeted customer experience across the buying journey. Your responsibilities will include planning, execution, reporting, and continuous optimization of marketing campaigns.
You will design and drive comprehensive demand generation campaigns for both new and existing products and industries, prioritizing company growth in the Americas. Regular reporting, optimization, and experimentation will be essential to determine the best approaches for each campaign. As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you should be data-driven, proactive, and willing to step outside your formal accountabilities to get the job done.
This role will focus on delivering top-of-the-funnel activity, pipeline goals, and revenue contributions from marketing campaigns while collaborating with Partner Marketing, Digital Marketing, BDRs, Americas Sales, Product Marketing teams, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's reputation, generate demand for new and existing solutions, and drive adoption.
- Plan and implement successful marketing campaigns in the Americas region, creating comprehensive annual campaign plans.
- Align planning and execution with sales and customer success teams.
- Analyze business and marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and report results and findings to the organization.
- Collaborate with the digital team to optimize customer experiences and maximize pipeline generation and retention.
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, events marketing, and digital marketing teams to execute strategic marketing plans and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Utilize your experience in top-funnel lead generation and end-to-end pipeline management to deliver results.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English required. Spanish, and Portuguese is a plus.
- B2B software or related industry experience.
- Strong Excel skills and interpretative analytics.
- Experience developing and executing persona-focused campaigns aligned with the buyer's journey and go-to-market strategy.
- Marketing experience across channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, 3rd party networks, etc., preferably in B2B and enterprise software.
- Proficiency in managing pipelines using CRM systems (Marketo & SFDC)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, solid judgment, and a sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical ability and understanding of profit/loss profiles.
- Experience in acquiring and retaining customers while growing a business and maintaining ROI.
- Self-starter with strong leadership skills and a sense of ownership.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility in working hours across Pacific and Eastern time zones.
