What To Expect
In the role of Campaign Manager, you will be pivotal in driving marketing initiatives across diverse channels. This position is suited for an individual prepared to take an active role in strategic planning and execution. Your responsibilities will encompass the management of field and content marketing activities, specifically emphasising Account-Based Marketing (ABM), digital, content, and email marketing. This role necessitates close collaboration with the sales team, encompassing the capacity to conduct comprehensive research on personas and accounts, formulate messaging, and generate impactful campaign content.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Develop, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), digital, and email marketing.
- Conduct comprehensive research on target personas and key accounts to tailor campaigns effectively, ensuring messaging resonates with specific audience segments.
- Create and refine campaign messaging, develop email cadences, and produce high-quality content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and supports field and content marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with sales, field marketing, product and content teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and contribute to the overarching goals of lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns in real-time, using data-driven insights to adjust tactics, improve engagement, and maximise ROI.
- Ensure all campaign activities are integrated with broader marketing strategies and contribute to a consistent, unified brand message across all channels.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on campaign progress.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for optimisation.
- Use data to inform future campaign strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure campaigns support overall business goals.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners and agencies to maximise campaign impact.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to developing integrated marketing strategies.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Proven experience in campaign management, with a focus on ABM, digital, and email marketing, preferably within the SaaS or eCommerce industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being adaptable, creative, and skilled in problem-solving.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to develop persona-based messaging and content.
- Must have proficiency in digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Google), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, SalesLoft).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
