Our Senior Compliance Consultant can work either in person, in a hybrid environment, or remote with travel to client sites.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pro-active and on-going consultation regarding regulatory compliance risk assessment, remediation, monitoring, research, interpretation, change management, education, and board and management reporting
- Work collaboratively with compliance department, business line, and functional partners to ensure effective execution of the financial institution’s regulatory compliance program
- Provide compliance expertise and potential solutions to identify gaps and associated risks as applicable to financial service clients
- Present information in a concise and effective manner to the board of directors, audit or supervisory committee, management, and business lines.
- Conduct routine regulatory compliance monitoring and assessments
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five+ years of experience in banking/ financial institutions or related field, with two+ years of compliance experience
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners as well as executive management
- Ability to research independently and interpret compliance regulation to provide guidance
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- CRCM or other certification preferred

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $79,000 - $132,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
