We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Director, Product Management, to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings and driving strategic growth. You will be responsible for leading a team of talented product managers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute innovative solutions that deliver significant value to our customers.

Base Salary: $190,000-$200,000/annually

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, aligned with company objectives and market trends.

Product Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure efficient and timely product development and launch.

Product Ownership: Own the lifecycle of assigned products, ensuring they meet market needs and deliver measurable results.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize product performance.

Executive Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into actionable product strategies.

Communication & Influence: Effectively communicate product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience. A candidate must have experience as senior director of product management or equivalent, with a proven track record of success.

Strong understanding of product management best practices, including agile methodologies.

Experience leading and mentoring product management teams.

Demonstrated ability to develop and launch innovative products that meet market needs.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights for product optimization.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

Experience building purely technical products as well as products that function within the context of a solution, e.g., as part of an ecosystem, in conjunction with services, etc.

Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the media and marketing solutions industry (a plus).

Experience building and managing complex B2B products.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $119,700 and $247,000.  Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
