Our client is seeking a dynamic
UX Designer who integrates strategic thinking with a passion for innovation and a strong foundation in UX design to join their team!
As UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that product builds are sustainable and cater to the creative needs of the marketing organization. You will create intuitive templates for designers in Marketing, leveraging your profound understanding of Figma. Utilizing your UX expertise, you will deliver pixel-perfect designs and conduct meticulous visual quality assurance to ensure the final product meets the highest standards
The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver and conceptual thinker, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaboration-intensive environment. Organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional design judgment are prerequisites for this position. The successful candidate must stay current with design trends, technologies, and tools to deliver innovative and effective designs.
Responsibilities:
- Translate Figma module designs into practical templates for seamless execution by the marketing creative team.
- Create Figma templates that integrate with our client's tools to support automation.
- Perform meticulous visual quality assurance to ensure the highest standard of design.
- Effortlessly create prototypes for various projects and initiatives.
- Possess a firm grasp of accessibility and usability guidelines and best practices.
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of user experience research and testing methods.
- Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while upholding our client's mission, values, and ethical standards.
- Balance and prioritize multiple projects within diverse timelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in interactive design or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot minor issues related to typography, layout, applications, and hardware.
- Extensive prototyping experience.
- Responsive and adaptive experience.
