What you will do:
  • You will plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability studies, interviews, surveys, field studies, and competitive analyses.
  • Analyze research data to provide relevant insights.
  • Use multiple methods to visualize data, such as personas, journey maps, and affinity diagrams.
  • Work with experienced and diverse teams (designers, product managers, developers) to integrate user research findings into product designs and roadmaps.
  • Communicate research findings to stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and workshops.
  • Advocate for the user's perspective in product development and ensure that user experience is a primary consideration in design decisions.
  • Use a variety of research and prototyping tools, such as Miro, Figma, Dovetail and other UX research tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, research methodologies, and best practices to refine and improve the UX research process.

  • Who we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and user research tools (ie. Maze )
  • You are amazing at getting others to understand the value of your research and are not shy about presenting your findings
  • You get. others to understand the point of the research and what actions can be taken.
  • You are focused with an amazing capacity to navigate and solve intricate problems
  • You can own projects while amplifying the team's overall impact
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their possible effects for UX design.
