Strategic Sourcing Manager - Network Solutions

As our Strategic Sourcing Manager for Network, you'll be at the heart of our sourcing operations, building strong partnerships and driving effective strategies to manage network-related spend. You'll work closely with both commercial and technical teams, leading negotiations and ensuring we secure the best network connectivity for our data centers.

Responsibilities

• Category Management: Partner with internal teams to define and fulfill network sourcing needs. Lead the development of negotiation strategies and oversee the entire process from opportunity assessment to contract execution.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Act as the commercial lead for our network suppliers, crafting tailored strategies that align with our needs.
• RFx Management: Manage supplier interactions for RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes. Perform total cost of ownership modeling and present results to stakeholders to drive sourcing decisions.
• Market Research: Stay current with network market trends to guide stakeholders and ensure effective category management.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Work with internal teams to measure and enhance sustainability efforts with our network suppliers.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in strategic sourcing, with at least 1 year focusing on network sourcing preferred.
• Skills: Strong in preparing cost models, negotiating, and presenting to executive leadership.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with network landscapes, purchasing, supply chain processes, and RFP processes.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
