Your missions

Carestream Health is searching for a talented Customer Service, Medical Imaging Project Manager with experience in X-Ray/DR implementations and turnkey construction at customer sites.


Position Responsibilities:

  • This position is remote with travel throughout Canada for post-sale implementations of Direct DR sales at customer sites. Also, pre-sale support as needed and available.
  • The Project Manager will use their experience in X-ray suite design, patient workflow, sales consulting, construction management, install planning and management, Turnkey bidding and management to direct X-ray/DR implementations installs. These are highly technical medical devices, encompassing patient workflow, construction design & management, IT implementations, customer site requirements and planning, reporting, tracking etc., all using cross functional customer and Carestream teams providing various deliverables.
  • This person must have managed and led similar projects simultaneously across a large geography of varying customers, following standard PM processes from design through revenue recognition.
  • Projects will range from one-off in small outpatient clinics, multi room implementations in large teaching institutions, all with existing retrofit, new construction and Turnkey implementations.
  • The Project Manager is the “face of the project” and will be the single point of contact for all matters related to the project, interfacing with all areas of the business both internally and externally impacted by the project and its deliverables.
  • Will be responsible for unit and revenue targets as well as services sales for room relocations and other customer required services.


Required Skills & Education:

  • Over 5 years of successful experience managing or installing X-Ray implementations and X-Ray/DR Turnkey projects at customer sites.
  • BS or equivalent experience in engineering, technical, construction management, or X-ray field service.
  • Technically savvy; must be able to discuss, understand, negotiate and make decisions regarding a wide array of issues.
  • Expert use of MS Office including MS Project, Office, Excel.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Turnkey development, management and implementation.
  • Disciplined in forecast, funnel and time management.
  • Fosters teamwork; strives to maintain an environment of openness, trust and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Understanding of Radiology/Clinical workflow.
  • Facilitates communication to key stakeholders on project performance.
  • Experience using SAP.


Work Environment:

Hospital/Office/Home Office


Physical Requirements:

Extensive travel by air and car. Approximately 70-80%.
